October 25 - December 7 (closed November 26 - 30)

Isaacs’s work holds a tension between engaging directly with nature and the imagined world created in the studio, which emerges in the agitated lines of the drawings and the expressive color and brushwork while connecting to the innocence of childhood and the fantasy of imagined places: enchanted gardens, Neverland, closets that are portals, and old Disney sets and Broadway musicals.
Artist talk October 30 at 12 noon in the Holtzman MFA Gallery.
Reception October 24 at 7:30 p.m.
